Hello!
I’m Foxy, an Eating Psychology Coach passionate about helping professional women over 55 transform their relationship with food, body, and self. My story is one of resilience and an unshakable belief that lasting change begins from the inside out.
For as long as I can remember, my relationship with food and my body felt like a battle—a relentless pursuit of "thinness." I spent years chasing an ideal that always seemed just out of reach. Like so many women, I believed that a perfect body would bring happiness. Instead, I found myself trapped in cycles of self-doubt and shame that eventually led to mental health challenges.
The turning point came when I realised my struggles weren’t just about what I was eating—they were about how I was eating, how I was feeling, and the deeper emotional patterns driving my choices. This realisation shifted everything.
I became certified through the Institute for the Psychology of Eating to help others uncover the same truths that transformed my life. Through my work, I guide women to move beyond theories like "calories in, calories out," helping them reconnect their mind and body, understand the role of the nervous system, and find freedom in how they eat, live, and care for themselves.
Life isn’t linear. My journey has included highs like running my own fitness business and lows like a devastating knee injury that forced me to relearn how to walk and rebuild my strength from the ground up. Each challenge has taught me to honour my body’s messages, build resilience, and lean into the deeper emotional work of healing.
Today, I’m honoured to guide women on their own journeys of transformation through The Beyond Weight Academy. A strong community and coaching support are at the heart of the program, along with a step-by-step curriculum designed to bring lasting change.
Together, we explore the profound connection between mind and body, Eating Psychology, Mind Body Nutrition, and compassionate self-enquiry. We uncover the roots of emotional eating and body image challenges, and we understand the role of the nervous system in why we struggle with this part of our lives.
The Beyond Weight curriculum can be absorbed in as little as 12 weeks, with lifetime access to all lessons. You’ll also have a full year to participate in coaching calls, community support, and accountability, ensuring these powerful lessons are deeply integrated into your life. The coaching calls are a safe space to be yourself, share your challenges, and learn from like-minded women. Many participants say they never want to leave!
